You do not get reputation for draconum in ruins, tombs, labyrinths, Volkare's army or anywhere else you may encounter non-marauding orcs or draconum.
That makes sense thematically.
But I couldn't find the rule in the rulebook, walkthrough, cards, or FAQ.
