That's because you are looking at it backwards. There is no rule saying you get reputation, so you get no reputation.
There is a rule saying that you get reputation for marauding orcs and a rule saying you get reputation for marauding draconum (those are on the site cards for the two icons).
There is no such rule for any other sites where you encounter those enemies.
