There is a sufficient number of physical resistant enemies in the tougher stacks that I find it matters. Not as much as multiple blocks, of course, but Counterattack in particular gives so much attack that I'd love to be able to split it more effectively.
But that wasn't even the point. The point was that the card does not explicitly state you get multiple instances, while another card does. So you get only one instance.
