by jsciv Yeah, I don't know the official answer either but at our table I'd rule that the specific effect of the Shocktrooper overrides the general effect of Into the Heat for that one enemy.

by delewobmesid it is same bonus from each; they overlap, not stack; for example, when next to a city and next to a keep, you take only the higher bonus, not both bonuses.
