by Trevin I don't think so. Those cards say you can move through lakes, not onto them. (Contrast with Mountain Lore, which allows you to enter mountains.)

by DaviddesJ I would agree, you could assault Volkare if he's on an otherwise impassible space but you have an ability that lets you move there. If you win, then you would do forced withdrawal afterward.
